It's the time of year when lots of folks make resolutions — like planning to eat more sensibly. It's a good idea, and we think trying new things is a great goal, too. Our winter menu has a wonderful variety of seasonal favorites, and a few new creations that can make resolutions easier to keep. Premium Signature Mediterranean Salmon Salad
Our chefs are "chilling" in their own way this winter with the Premium Signature Mediterranean Salmon Salad. A chilled Atlantic salmon fillet is the star of the salad. Feta cheese adds creaminess. Baby Kalamata olives bring a perfect touch of saltiness, and sliced almonds offer a distinctive crunch.
